To change your preferences, please log into your account and look for "Manage Subscriptions" under your name and email.
The first page it brings you too, you will be able to see your active subscriptions, and at the bottom of your active subscription is where you can apply any discount vouchers from our rewards program.
To update things like your delivery schedule and billing information, tap the drop-down menu under your name.
To skip a month, once in your account, go to the drop-down menu and select "Delivery Schedule." You will see your next upcoming charge's date and then details like 'Products,' 'Quantity,' and 'Type.' If you are on your phone, you will need to slide to the left to see the additional options for that month. Eventually, you will see the action 'Skip.' Click the not bolded 'Skip' under the date you want to skip.
To cancel your subscription, once in your account, you will need to go to 'Subscriptions' in the drop-down menu under your name. You will see your subscription under your address and then details like 'Products,' 'Quantity,' and 'Frequency.' If you are on your phone, you will need to slide to the left to see the additional options for your subscription. Eventually, you will see the action 'Edit/Cancel.'
To change your bralette subscription size, once in your account, you will need to go to the option 'Subscriptions' in the drop-down menu under your name. You will see your subscription under your address and then details like 'Products,' 'Quantity,' and 'Frequency.' If you are on your phone, you will need to slide to the left to see the additional options for your subscription. Eventually, you will see the action 'Edit.' On the new page, it will be the first option as 'Change Product Variant.' Please do not forget to click "Save."
To change your shipping address, once in your account, you will need to go to the option 'Subscriptions' in the drop-down menu under your name. You will see your subscription under your address and then details like 'Products,' 'Quantity,' and 'Frequency.' If you are on your phone, you will need to slide to the left to see the additional options for your subscription. Eventually, you will see the action 'Edit.' On the new page, scroll down until you see your current shipping address. Under your current shipping address, you will see the option "Edit." Please do not forget to click save.
To update your billing information, once in your account, in the drop-down menu under your name, you will need to go to "Billing Information." The first edit option will be 'Card on File.' To the right of that, you will see the option to "Update Card." Please remember to click save.
